Shipping Policy

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. Please note that delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. If you have any questions or specific requests, contact us at contact@toale.fr, and we will be happy to assist you.

Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted once your order is placed. Due to this process, the estimated delivery time is between 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the item.

TAOLE offers made-to-order clothing and reserves the right to refuse returns for items specifically produced on request for a customer. Each return request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it.

Returned items should be sent back in their original packaging with intact labels. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in the exact state in which it was delivered to you.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to ship your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you wish to exchange for a different size, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. Please note that shipping fees and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

In certain cases, a return may not be accepted:

  • If there are obvious signs of use
  • If the item is no longer in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to TAOLE
  • If the item is returned more than 14 days after receipt
  • If the item was custom-made or has been modified upon the customer’s request

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The time it may take for an exchange to reach you may vary depending on your shipping location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if needed. TAOLE cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to update our website to reflect sold-out items.

We may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting changes and/or updates on our website.

Once you have completed your selection, all items you wish to purchase will be added to your cart, and the next step will be to finalize and pay for your order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services. You can complete payment using a credit/debit card or your Apple account.
